s a teacher, i don't like to follow traditional approach my teaching is result oriented, i would stress more on conceptual understanding and would ensure more worksheets are practiced by students under my presence and supervision. i would like the students to know the importance of the subject they are learning what is the use of it in real life, making them well aware the challenges they have to face in life once out of the university. my teaching mantra includes less punishment but ensuring more and more practice to student's. Experience has taught me how to build strong relationships with all departments at an organization. I have the ability to work within a team as well as cross-team. I can work with student's in harmony to achieve individual goals implement technical enhancements.
