I am a certified Soft Skills Trainer and a NABET (National Accreditation Board for Education and Training) Certified TTT trainer with experience of 5 years, where I have trained 1000+ candidates on communication skills (verbal and written), Body language, presentation skills, public speaking, resume building, interview skills, business etiquette, time management, goal setting, emotional intelligence, personal grooming and confidence building. My key skills are identifying training needs, being empathetic, using active learning strategies to implement training, rapport building, observational skills and problem solving. I have also been responsible as Master Trainer of Business Communication of India's leading Vocational Training Institute where I have run a team of 90+ soft skills faculty to train students in 190 centers Pan India. I also have experience in making skill-related content on social media, awarded as TOP 100 of reality show Super Speaker- the hunt for India’s Best Motivational Speaker, among 40,185 participants in 2021.
