I am certified fitness trainer with an experience of a decade in personal training under the banner of reputed gyms such as talwalkars & golds. 

As passionate I am about fitness, I firmly believe that a sustainable lifestyle alteration is needed for long lasting results, which is where I come in with adequate counselling on nutrition and workout strategies which aids in achieving realistic short and long term goals. 

My success in helping clients with health issues & injuries has been tremendous by using my customized rehab training programs.

My key skill set is functional and weight training to give my clients the boost in energy, higher endurance,  increased strength and strong core.
