Karthik Ganesh

A mechanical engineer by profession and education, a hobbyist inventor dabbling in electro mechanical and electronic components. I believe that engineering can be learned easily when you find the passion for it in you. Most colleges and schools tend to teach courses with an objective to score "marks" in examinations without realizing that they are just giving students a weapon to conquer exams but not imparting knowledge to them that can help them understand real-life applications of these concepts. However, students learning concepts from first principles have been statistically found to score the highest grades in exams while being able to think rationally about how these concepts feature in their daily activities. I intend to do just that.

While, through the academic year, I will closely adhere to the topics taught in school, students under my tutelage will learn more than just what exams ask them to write about.
