Whichever the language you choose first you need to know the basics, if you like programming then start learning c next learn Java. In Java, there are many first you go through core java. If you are ok with these languages, then start learning Python.

Through video calls or by using some apps like Skype, ice cream screen, hangouts you can teach or have online tutors.
