Is an workshop designed to address the new age epidemic called “Stress”. The major causes of life style disease are unmanaged “Stress” and lack of “Wellness Awareness”. Human body is equipped to manage “Stress” to a certain level. Constant action and demanding situation leads to too much of “Stress” and a portion of “Stress” remain unmanaged on a day today basis and it gets accumulated.
The initial stages of unmanaged stresses are feeling of “Burn?out”, or “Bore?out”, with minor somatic symptoms like Obesity, high Blood pressure, high Blood sugar or Lipids. If left unattended the situation may lead to “Worn?out” – a stage with all kinds’ psycho?somatic diseases or the Psychological problems.
