With over 7–8 years of dedicated experience in the fitness industry, I have built my career as a Personal Fitness Trainer driven by passion, discipline, and the desire to help others transform their lives. My journey into fitness began with a deep interest in understanding how the human body works, moves, and evolves with the right training approach. Today, I proudly train students both online and offline, guiding them toward healthier, stronger, and more confident versions of themselves.

I have completed a Personal Trainer course from Proton Fitness and hold an Advanced Fitness Trainer CPD certification from Felix USA. These credentials have strengthened my foundation in exercise science, program design, and safe training practices. They allow me to offer training that is not only effective but also aligned with global fitness standards. My education continues to shape the way I coach—focusing on precision, safety, and long-term progress.

As a Personal Trainer based in Ooty, India, I specialize in bodybuilding, fat loss programs, and body recomposition training. My approach goes beyond basic workouts; I include practical nutrition and diet guidance to ensure that my clients see sustainable results.
