I am a certified personal trainer specializing in fitness training, strength building, weight loss, and overall physical wellness. Over the past 4 years, I have been dedicated to helping clients achieve their health and fitness goals through tailored training programs.

I hold a Diploma in Personal Training and am certified by EREPS Level 4 (European Register of Exercise Professionals). In addition, I have completed Group Training certification, with my qualifications approved by NISM and ACE, ensuring that my training methods meet internationally recognized standards.

My experience spans working with a diverse clientele, including beginners aiming to improve general fitness, individuals focused on weight loss and muscle gain, as well as clients undergoing post-injury recovery. This variety has enabled me to develop versatile training approaches suited to different needs and fitness levels.

I have conducted both one-on-one and group training sessions, focusing on personalized workout plans and progress tracking. I emphasize motivation and consistency to help clients stay committed and achieve measurable results.

I am flexible in offering both online and offline training sessions, making it convenient for clients to access quality fitness coaching regardless of their location or schedule.

While I currently do not use formal teaching aids or certifications for additional materials, my hands-on and practical approach ensures effective learning and application for every client.
