I am a professional athlete, qualified Strength & Conditioning coach and a Sports Science student. I hold Australian Strength & Conditioning Association license and diploma in Sports Nutrition. I have experience in training professional as well as recreational athletes for sports performance and injury rehabilitation, and non-athletic population for functional training. No two people train the same way. Every person has different goals, lifestyle, medical considerations, and response to training. Hence, S&C plans are specific to the clients goals and needs which are derived from an in depth understanding of the individual followed by a thorough assessment before starting training
I also specialize in strength & conditioning for youth athletes between the ages of 8 to 18.
