I am a professional athlete, qualified Strength & Conditioning coach and a Sports Science student. I hold Australian Strength & Conditioning Association license and diploma in Sports Nutrition. I have experience in training athletes for sports performance and injury rehabilitation, general population for weight management and functional training, senior citizens for general fitness, movement efficiency as well as pain management.

No two people train the same way. Every person has different goals, lifestyle, medical considerations, and response to training. Hence, S&C plans are specific to the clients goals and needs which are derived from an in depth understanding of the individual followed by a thorough assessment before starting training

Training may include various components of strength, aerobic/anaerobic conditioning, max power, SAQ, animal flow, yoga, calisthenics etc. depending upon the needs and goals of the trainee.
