Achieving the project targets defined in the system specifications, including: deadlines / budgets, target cost of goods as far as they can be planned and recorded.
Responsible for information provided to decision-maker in case of deviations
Motivated and targeted cooperation of team and its development as a team.
Responsibility from handover of the requirement specification through to approval of the final project report.
Compiles the information into status reports including Cost Walk and thus informs management as well as the Cross function team.
Bringing about decisions / escalation if necessary.
