I am a qualified Physiotherapist (MPT) with hands-on experience in orthopedic, neurological, sports and geriatric rehabilitation. I provide home-visit physiotherapy and guided rehabilitation training for patients who are unable to visit clinics.
My approach focuses on pain relief, functional improvement, posture correction, strengthening, mobility training and patient education. I design individualized exercise programs based on each patient’s condition and goals.
I also guide patients and caregivers on correct exercise techniques, ergonomics, daily activity modification and injury prevention, ensuring safe and effective recovery at home.
