Mr. Rao is an Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
professional and consultant with over 10 years of experience in the
IT industry, and has focused on architectural IT Service
Management in the past 6 years.
The unique strength of the Approach and Delivery of Mr. Rao is
drawn from his foundation stints of managing the crucial and nosecond-
chance environments in the Financial Institutions Networks
as well as the Newspaper Production Industry. With this merit he
has successfully advised & delivered IT Service Management related projects in the
areas of Strategy, Design, Transition, Operation and Improvement to bring about
