I am a personal fitness trainer with around 9 years of experience, specializing in strength training, weight loss, muscle building, and overall health and wellness. I have been actively working in the fitness field since 2015, helping individuals adopt healthier lifestyles.

I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com.) degree and have also undergone ACE (American Council on Exercise) certification training related to personal fitness. This has helped me strengthen my knowledge of fitness principles and training techniques.

Over the years, I have worked with clients who have different fitness goals, including improving overall health, losing weight, and building strength. I design personalized workout plans based on each client’s needs and fitness level.

My approach to fitness focuses on creating sustainable routines rather than quick fixes. I guide clients through structured workout plans, basic nutrition advice, and lifestyle changes that can be maintained in the long term.

I have also participated in various fitness competitions and events, which have given me valuable practical exposure and helped me stay updated with the latest trends in fitness training.
