Kavitha was prompt right from the start and met with us to understand our limitations and goals and designed a class plan that suited us. We began the following week and we've been learning from Kavitha for more than a month now and are grateful to her for taking us along this journey. She is very well experienced, thorough, patient and has been the sole reason for our progress thus far. Extremely encouraging during classes and outside she teaches variations on aasanas that are harder so that we still benefit. "Kavitha is one of the good Haatha yoga practitioner. The one who always pays attention to individual in her classes with a small group. She started teaching us easy stretching, then gradually moved to tough yoga poses. She subsequently focused on important asasnas to restore health. Not only that, she even advised a proper diet and lifestyle changes which would contribute in healing process. "

"I have been Kavitha’s student for a few months now and I absolutely love every moment of our Hatha yoga sessions together. There is a common misconception that Hatha yoga is a slow form of yoga and is meant to only relax oneself, but I was in for a big surprise. Kavitha’s Hatha yoga sessions are more challenging than any yoga class I have attended so far. She designs the sessions as per one’s needs. In my case it was inch loss and toning. I have done Suryanamaskars before and thought I had the routine down pat but it was only when I started training with Kavitha did I realize that I had gotten my basics all wrong. Kavitha helped me understand that it’s not just the postures but the precise positioning of your limbs, pressure points and breathing patterns that have to be looked into. Kavitha has been a very patient and empathetic instructor and has guided me beautifully through even the most complicated asanas. During the initial stages when I couldn’t manage certain asanas on account of my poor upper body strength, she was kind enough to modify them for me. She however, has been an extremely motivational instructor and helped me realize that I can push myself much further than the limits I had envisioned for myself. After three months of training, I have managed to lose inches, look fitter and feel stronger, all thanks to Kavitha. "
