I started playing the Guitar at the age of 18 and went to learn the Guitar at Musee Musicals and finished five grades from The Trinity School of Music London. Since I was intrested in Rock and Blues I discontinued the cource and started learning on my own and went on to start a Band in 1980. In 1982 we got a contract to play at the Windsor Manor where I played and sang. I continued learning the Guitar and progressed as a lead guitarist creating my own tunes which I do till date. From 2003 I worked in Sterling Resorts,Royal Goan Beach Club and Club Mahindra as the Resort musician and won the praise of all the guests. In the year 2010 I started teaching Guitar at Bangalore and taught at the Rythms Institute of Music Bangalore and Infosys. I also taught at many housing colonies in the City. During the Pandemic I taught online to Many students in the US and UK. Many of them still remain and have turned out to be good Guitarists playing for their School Bands. Many parents praise my method of teaching and have recommended me to other parents to help their Children learn the instrument. I teach according to the ability of the student and push them gradually so they don't get strained but improve steadily. This is the reason many students stick to me for atleast three years. Most of them play quite well and perform as well. I recommend the appropriate instrument and the right string gauge so it does not hurt their fingers. I teach popular songs so students get encouraged to practice
