I’m a swimming instructor with 9 years of experience teaching both kids and adults, from complete beginners to swimmers looking to build their confidence and improve their technique.

I’m an ASCA Level 1 & Level 2 certified swimming coach. Over the years, I’ve worked with people of different ages and swimming abilities, and I especially enjoy helping beginners become comfortable and confident in the water.

My sessions can be tailored to the individual, whether the goal is learning the basics, overcoming a fear of water, improving swimming technique, or swimming for fitness. I believe that everyone learns differently, so I try to keep my sessions patient, encouraging and suited to the swimmer’s pace.

I currently conduct one-on-one swimming sessions as well as small group classes. I enjoy teaching swimming and seeing the confidence that comes with being comfortable in the water.
