ESQEON

I am a Senior Solution Architect with over 20 years of core industry experience designing and deploying scalable, enterprise-grade systems. Throughout my corporate career, my primary tech stack has cantered around Java, Spring Boot, Microservices Architecture, and robust database management systems like MS SQL Server, Postgres, Oracle.
In my day-to-day role, I don't just write code—I design complex backend architectures, guide engineering teams, conduct technical interviews, and oversee the successful delivery of enterprise software. This active, real-world industry engagement gives me a deep understanding of what top tech companies and IT hubs in Bangalore actually look for when hiring software engineers.
My Approach to Mentoring:
I transitioned into tutoring because I noticed a massive gap between what academic institutes teach and what the IT industry actually demands. I specialize in bridging this gap. Whether you are a college fresher looking to crack your first placement or a working professional aiming to transition into backend development, my training is entirely hands-on, project-driven, and based on corporate standards.
When you learn with me, you aren't just learning basic syntax; you are learning how to build clean, maintainable, production-ready code from someone who manages enterprise systems for a living.
My Qualification: MCA
My Previous Employers: IBM India Ltd, Digit Insurance, intuit.
