🔹 Excited to share my journey as a dedicated educator, researcher and experienced Senior IEEE Member With 13 years of expertise in teaching and research, with key roles in various universities including Head of Department, NAAC, NBA coordinator and Placement Manager. Currently serving as the Associate Professor and Head of Innovations & Entrepreneurship at CMR Institute of Technology (CMRIT) in Bengaluru.

🔹 Recognized for research contributions with the prestigious Raman Research Award by VIT University in the year 2018 and the Outstanding Contributor Award from IEEE in the year 2023 fuels my drive. I'm honored to be the acting Secretary of IEEE Young Professionals, Bengaluru Section, and a mentor for ATL school linkage, supporting the Government of India's initiative.

🔹 Research is my forte, with 25 published articles and 15 patents, including 4 granted ones. I've reviewed for esteemed journals like Springer and Taylor & Francis. Actively involved in cutting-edge projects related to RES Grid Integration, Smart Grid technologies, and Hybrid Electrical Vehicles.

🔹 My passion for sharing knowledge led me to conduct 30 national and 10 international events, fostering collaboration and innovation as a dedicated mentor and Innovation ambassador. Secured significant funding of approximately 10 lakhs from the Government of India and IEEE for impactful projects.
