Dr. Mohammed Nizam

I am a highly qualified MD professional with nearly 8 years of experience in the field of Physiology. I have expertise in teaching graduate and post-graduate students from a variety of medical fields, including Medicine, Dental, Physiotherapy, Nursing, and Paramedical. I have worked in both government and private institutions in Bangalore and have a proven track record of planning and executing day-to-day research activities, producing reports for the management, and collaborating with the executive team to initiate programs to benefit patients and support the healthcare center. My core competencies include strategy planning and execution, people management and leadership, clinical decision-making, cross-functional coordination, seminars and presentations, training and development, reporting and documentation, and patient care and management.

I hold a Fellowship in Family Medicine from Saint John’s Medical College, Bangalore, an MD in Physiology from RCGP Medvarsity, a DFM Diploma in Family Medicine from RCGP Medvarsity, and an MBBS from RajaRajeswari. I am a lifetime member of the Indian Association of Physiologists and Pharmacologists and have received several awards for my achievements, including a 2nd position at the International Conference of Public Mental Health and Neuro-sciences, 1st position in Quiz Competitions in Diabetes and General Knowledge, and several other recognition.

I have worked as a Physician at Sri Guru Raghavendra Clinic, Assistant Professor/Head of Physiology, Pharmacology and Biochemistry at Dayanand Sagar College of Dental Sciences and Sanjay Gandhi Institute of Trauma and Orthopedics, and as a Physician at H&R Diagnostic/Care & Cure Clinic. I have also served as a Tutor of Physiology at Rajarajeswari Medical College and Hospital and as an Intern at the same institution.

I am currently pursuing a certified course in Molecular Biology at Azyme Biosciences Ltd. and have also obtained certifications in Cardiovascular Disease and Stroke Prevention, Mental Health Disorders, and Diabetes Mellitus from the Public Health Foundation of India. My scientific research has been published in several international journals, including a comparative study of Heart Rate Variability in Obese and Non-Obese Male Subjects, the effect of different genres of music on simple reaction time in young adults, and a comparative study of the effects of gender on simple reaction time in young adults.
