The best way is to Start reading English newspaper daily and try to read at least 1 book per week. Do check the meanings of all new words that u read daily(Keep a dictionary with u always). Start using more n more English words in your routine conversation with your family and friends. Practice pronouncing the words correctly from Google.follow this for a couple of months, and you'll find yourself a lot more learned and confident.

Hello,
In my opinion, you should go for individual/separate categories for your subjects. Getting into a prominent coaching institute is not always helpful as number of students per tutor is more there. Thus you tend to waste more time and get less help from your tutor. You can opt for a small coaching centre or go for home tuitions to save your time further.
