Mr. Suresh has experience which includes five years of formal and experiential knowledge of Project Management and established Project Management methodologies. He has worked from the Project charter stage to the project closing and applying professional responsibility. He has also worked in all stages of the SDLC.He has demonstrated leadership skills in a functional organization, with the ability to build an effective cross-functional team and develop the individuals on the team. He has also worked on a very complex ERP package and has unique combination of ERP(Mfg/Pro) Consulting, Implementation, testing and Project Management. He has evolved from a trainer to a project manager over the years and played the role of project manager for testing and ERP implementation projects by handling multiple projects at a time and satisfying stakeholder needs.
