"I regret to report that my experience with this personal trainer was deeply unsettling. There was inappropriate physical contact that was not relevant to any exercise instruction, paired with questions that were personal and made me feel uncomfortable. This behavior is unprofessional and unacceptable in a training environment. The trainer's conduct during the session is a clear departure from the professionalism and respect that are fundamental to the role of a personal trainer. Such behavior undermines the trust necessary between a client and trainer. Given this experience, along with similarly worrying accounts from other clients, I cannot recommend this trainer's services. I believe it is important for potential clients to be aware of these issues before deciding to engage with this trainer. It is my hope that by sharing my experience, it may prevent others from finding themselves in a similarly distressing situation. "
