I am a French Teacher at the Alliance Francaise de Bangalore with a Master 1 degree in 'French as a Foreign Language from University of Paris Descartes, a bachelor's degree in French Literature from University of Mumbai and a Dalf C1 from Alliance Francaise de Bombay. I have lived in France for work and studies and have also worked closely with a lot of French nationals through the course of my professional journey. My stay in France helped me understand their culture better and my daily association with the locals, be it with my french friends or with the family I stayed with, made me proficient in the language and got me closer to speaking like a native.
I am now based in Bangalore do private classes at home alongside my work at the Alliance Francaise de Bangalore. I use a communicative, action and task based approach to teach french. My sessions are interactive and fun and focus on speaking, listening, writing, reading and phonetics (pronunciation). I use a lot of audios and videos that help opening up to the french accent & culture. I stress a lot on oral communication because in today's world, learning a new language means being able to speak well. Lesson plans and activities vary according to the student's requirement. I am a certified DELF examiner and can prepare you for the same. I do individual classes as well as tiny group classes at home.
