It's purely systematic and have certain rules. It's just required to make students understand the rules followed by practice.
It's teachers responsibility to explain in such a manner as per students understanding level. Different student may need different approaches

DON'T STOP WHEN IT HURTS , STOP WHEN YOU ARE DONE.
THESE MARKS HAS NOTHING RELATED TO JEE PREPARATION.
It always happens and you are not the only one who has this feeling. CBSE has a marking scheme which is guidelines for all teachers to follow.
Still if you feel, you can go for revalation ( Your marks total will be done again).
Therafter you have option to get scanned copy of your ans sheet.
Then who can request for rechecking marks for specific ans.
Now you need to focus on your studies.
