I am a certified Personal Trainer with 8 years of experience in the fitness industry. Fitness for me is not just a profession—it’s a lifestyle that I have embraced wholeheartedly, and I take pride in helping others experience the same transformation. Over the years, I have worked with clients of different fitness levels and goals, creating personalized programs that deliver sustainable and measurable results.

I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Science (B.Sc) and completed my REPS (Register of Exercise Professionals) certification in 2022, which is recognized internationally in the fitness industry. In addition to this, I am a certified Personal Trainer with in-depth training in fitness assessment, program design, and client safety. These credentials ensure that the workouts I provide are professional, effective, and most importantly, safe.

Beyond certifications, I have earned diplomas in Supply Chain Management and Logistics, as well as diplomas in Fitness Training and Personal Training. While my academic journey began in a different field, my passion for fitness inspired me to pursue advanced knowledge in exercise science and nutrition. This combination of academic discipline and practical fitness expertise enables me to offer well-rounded programs that address both physical and lifestyle changes.

One of my key strengths lies in understanding human anatomy and nutrition, which helps me design science-backed workout and diet plans for each client. Whether the goal is fat loss, muscle gain, strength training, or overall fitness, I ensure that every plan is personalized to fit individual body types, lifestyles, and health conditions.

I strongly believe that fitness is not just about achieving a certain look—it’s about building strength, stamina, and confidence. Currently, I prefer conducting online sessions, which allow me to train clients from different locations while maintaining the same level of interaction and accountability as in-person training. My ultimate goal is to make fitness accessible, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone I work with.
