Contemporary dance classes will revolve around choreographies built to nice songs. Each choreography should take 4-6 classes to complete. Classes begin with a warmup, learning of contemporary technique, followed by choreography and ends with a cool down. If you are new contemporary dance, you should try it for 3 months and you can see a huge improvement in your ability to pick up this interesting and diverse form.
