I have completed my B.Com LL.B. from Karnataka State Law University and my LL.M. in Corporate & Commercial Law from Jain (Deemed-to-be University), securing an SGPA of 8.20 in my second semester and graduating at the top of my class. I have also appeared for the UGC NET (Law) examination and am currently awaiting the results.

My academic qualifications are supported by practical legal experience as a Legal Assistant at Siji Malayil Associates & Advocates, where I worked on legal research, drafting pleadings, legal notices, affidavits, contract review, compliance documentation, and High Court litigation. Through internships at Siji Malayil Associates & Advocates, Prime Legal, and under Advocate Parashuram Ajjampur Lakshman, I further developed skills in legal research, case analysis, drafting, and academic legal writing.

My areas of interest include Corporate Law, Commercial Law, Data Privacy, Corporate Governance, Compliance, and Emerging Legal Technologies. I have completed certifications in Mergers & Acquisitions, Information Privacy, and Legal Drafting, and was nominated as a Member of the Board of Studies (BOS) at the School of Law, Jain (Deemed-to-be University), which strengthened my understanding of curriculum development and legal education.

I am passionate about teaching, research, and mentoring students while fostering analytical thinking and practical legal skills.
