I am working as a Maintenance Manager at Hindustan aeronautics limited (HAL) and have 9years of experience.

I have good exposure towards design and problem solving of hydraulics and pneumatics systems.Mechanics of machines and various special processes to manufacture engine components are the core of my ability.



I know about special processes like plasma spray, vacuum brazing, EDM, Laser cutting and various coating processes.

I am a cerified trained and operator for plasma vacuum coating machine from switzerland.

I have undergone basic and advanced hydraulic system at M/s.YUKEN, Bangalore.

I have undergone various trainings like lean,managerial communication skills.

I am a active member in kaizen and TPM activities.


My daily job involves breakdown maintenance,predictive maintenance and preventive maintenance.

Spares planning and co-ordination with other departments to get the work done.

Planning of services, getting approvals for services, placing the orders and execution of jobs.
