I am an attentive and compassionate psychologist. My primary goal as a practitioner is to fully understand her clients needs and goals. I attend to both the immediate considerations as well as larger themes for clients emotional and behavioral issues.

I believe in “Change is Easy” but “Change is always changing”, and I believe Transformation is what is needed and is often tough and here the focus is to imbibe transformation for a better quality of life. I provide my client a better space to understand themselves, gain new perspectives and greater insights resulting in better choices and improved quality of life. As a result clients experience lasting benefits, including improved relationships, a more satisfying career, and in general, greater focus and stability in life.
