I teach Computer Science to students from Class 7 to Class 12 on UrbanPro. I have over 5 years of teaching experience and 7 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer. My combination of teaching and industry experience allows me to connect academic concepts with practical applications and help students understand not just what they are learning, but how these concepts are used in the real world.

I have completed my Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), and my professional journey in the IT industry has given me extensive exposure to software development and programming. Working as a Software Engineer has helped me develop a practical understanding of programming concepts, logical thinking, and problem-solving, which I bring into my Computer Science classes.

My teaching approach is focused on building strong fundamentals. I believe that students should understand the logic behind a programming concept before moving on to more advanced topics. I explain concepts in a simple and structured manner, breaking complex topics into smaller parts so that students can understand them comfortably and gradually develop confidence in solving problems on their own.

I follow clear lesson plans and keep my classes interactive and student-friendly. Rather than limiting the sessions to theoretical explanations, I encourage students to participate, ask questions, discuss their doubts, and practise what they learn. I regularly use coding exercises and problem-solving activities to help students apply concepts and understand how different programming principles work in practice.

I conduct both online and offline classes and use PowerPoint presentations and a whiteboard to support my teaching. Presentations help me organise topics and explain concepts in a structured way, while the whiteboard is useful for writing code, explaining logic, drawing diagrams, and working through problems step by step. I use these tools based on the topic being taught and the learning needs of the student.

My 7 years of professional IT experience also allows me to bring real-world examples into the classroom. Whenever relevant, I connect programming concepts with practical situations and explain how similar ideas are used in software development. I believe this makes Computer Science more interesting and helps students understand the purpose behind what they are learning instead of treating programming as a collection of rules to memorise.

With more than 5 years of teaching experience, my goal is to help students from Class 7 to Class 12 develop a strong foundation in Computer Science and programming. I want my students to become comfortable with logical thinking, coding, debugging, and problem-solving while developing the confidence to work on problems independently. Through structured lessons, practical examples, regular practice, and an interactive learning environment, I aim to make Computer Science easier to understand and more engaging for every student.
