I was Head of the Department for Science for 6 branches. I was handling class 3, class 4, and class 5 Science . Experience in giving demos in the workshops for 100 science teachers regarding the new topics introduced, if any, and guiding the teachers to improvise their teaching skills. We used to be student friendly to teach the students as they are very young and need proper guidance. Apart from lessons, we used to have extra-curricular activities to make the class interactive . Students were given the opportunity to explore in the subject and clarify their doubts once the session completes.

Higher-order thinking skills (HOTS) were discussed with the students to improve their analytical skills.
