I’m a UX Designer and Researcher with a strong foundation in user-centered design and a passion for solving complex problems through empathy and strategy. Currently, I work as part of the Central UI/UX Team at Reliance, where I’ve led design and research initiatives across multiple verticals including Reliance Jewels, Ajio, Netmeds, JMD, and Fruits and Vegetables.

Over the years, I’ve designed and delivered end-to-end experiences for both B2B and B2C products. One of my key focus areas has been leading the design for the DMS post-order tracking system and pricing workflows, collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams. I specialize in combining qualitative and quantitative research — from telephonic interviews to usability testing and focus groups — to uncover insights and translate them into meaningful design outcomes.

I’m particularly driven by opportunities where design can simplify lives — whether it’s reducing a 5-step checkout to a seamless flow or enabling personalized, intuitive shopping and gifting experiences. Outside of my full-time role, I’m preparing to share my knowledge by teaching UX Design on weekends, focusing on research, wireframing, Figma, and portfolio development to help aspiring designers grow in the field.
