Aritro Mukherjee

I am a seasoned Microsoft Technology Professional with over 18 years of experience in SharePoint Architecture, SharePoint Development, SPFx, Power Platform, and Enterprise Content Management solutions. Throughout my career, I have worked on designing, developing, implementing, and migrating enterprise-level applications and solutions across different versions of SharePoint, including SharePoint 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, and SharePoint Online.

My expertise includes SharePoint Framework (SPFx) development using React, TypeScript, PnPjs, Fluent UI, and JavaScript, along with Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. I also have hands-on experience with C# .NET, REST-based services, Azure Web APIs, SharePoint integrations, and large-scale SharePoint Online and OneDrive migrations.

As a trainer, my objective is to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world industry requirements. I believe in practical, scenario-based learning where students understand not only how to develop a solution but also why a particular architecture or approach should be selected. My training sessions focus on hands-on exercises, live coding, real-time project scenarios, troubleshooting techniques, coding standards, performance optimization, and best practices followed in enterprise environments.

I aim to help students, working professionals, and aspiring SharePoint developers build confidence in Microsoft technologies and prepare themselves for real-world development projects and technical interviews. Whether you are a beginner looking to enter the SharePoint development field or an experienced professional looking to upgrade your skills in SPFx, React, PnPjs, or Power Platform, my approach is to provide structured guidance, practical examples, and industry-oriented knowledge.

My goal is not just to teach technology, but to help learners develop the technical skills, problem-solving mindset, and architectural understanding required to succeed in the Microsoft technology ecosystem.
