About the Course

you will build a robot in this 30 hours (1.5 months) program using arduino. you will be learning both basics of robotics and electronics. Concepts of programming, libraries, micro controllers, arduino boards and shields are covered. we have program to suit for undergraduate and non undergraduate also. please contact us for further details. We have a team working in industries who can deliver the best on concepts. All classes will be hands on session and each student will be given an Arduino Board.
Arduino is open-source electronic platform which can be used to build models from robots to satellite. Students will be learning to build robots out of Arduino along along with micro controller programming. ATmega 328 will be used.

Engineering basics

Overview of course, embedded systems overview, Arduino, ATmeg328, microcontroller architecture, Reading datasheets, understanding I/O pins, LED blinking program, PWM, DC, servo, stepper motor control program.

Part 2

Controlling Environment

Digital and Analog Inputs, reading switch, pot values and different sensor values. Analyzing IR pair sensor and its applications, generating sounds, serial communication concepts and programs.

Part 3

Communication Interface

Overview on I2c, SPI bus and difference. Interfacing LCD. Reading sensor values through serial communication.

Part 4

Advanced topics

Data logging with SD cards and concepts of polling, interrupts and their differences, open source hardware advantages, embedded systems concepts, connecting Arduino to internet
