I am a dedicated Special Education tutor with over 10 years of experience supporting students with diverse learning needs. My teaching approach is child-centered, compassionate, and flexible. I specialize in designing customized learning plans that not only help children grow academically but also nurture their confidence, independence, and social skills. It’s incredibly rewarding to be part of each child’s learning journey and to witness their progress and growth.

I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology and am a certified Counselor and Behaviour Therapist. My academic and professional training has given me a strong understanding of developmental psychology, behavior management, and various cognitive and emotional learning patterns. I continue to pursue specialized workshops and courses to stay updated on best practices in special education and therapeutic strategies.

My classes are tailored to suit the specific strengths and challenges of each child. I work with students across a range of learning needs, from academic delays and attention difficulties to behavioral challenges. I use structured yet flexible lesson plans that focus on building communication, thinking skills, and self-regulation. I believe in meeting students where they are and helping them reach achievable, meaningful milestones.

I follow an interactive and hands-on teaching style. My classes often incorporate tools like flashcards, games, puzzles, visual aids, animations, and storytelling to make lessons engaging. I also use an interactive whiteboard and activities that simulate real-life scenarios to enhance the child’s understanding and application of concepts.

To support consistent growth, I regularly assess the child’s progress and provide feedback to both the student and their caregivers. This helps in tracking developmental gains and adjusting the learning plan as needed. I also work on behavioral and emotional strategies to help children improve focus, patience, and communication.

I conduct both online and offline sessions, and I ensure that the child feels safe, comfortable, and motivated to learn in every class. I was honored to be awarded the title of ‘Extraordinary Teacher’ by the International Resource Centre (IRC), which reflects my dedication and impact in the field of special education.
