I am a Senior Nursing Tutor with extensive experience in delivering comprehensive nursing education across both classroom and clinical settings. Currently associated with a reputed institution, I have been actively involved in training student nurses and healthcare professionals in core areas such as Fundamentals of Nursing, Medical-Surgical Nursing, Community Health Nursing, Mental Health Nursing, and Obstetrics & Gynecological Nursing. My teaching approach integrates strong theoretical foundations with hands-on clinical training. I regularly conduct structured lectures, skill demonstrations, and simulation-based learning sessions to enhance students’ practical competencies. I provide direct supervision during clinical postings, guiding students in essential nursing procedures including patient assessment, medication administration, wound care, infection control practices, and emergency response. I emphasize evidence-based practice, patient safety, and ethical nursing care in all aspects of training. I also mentor students individually, offering academic guidance, performance feedback, and support in developing critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills. In addition, I have organized and conducted workshops, seminars, and in-service education programs on topics such as Basic Life Support (BLS), infection prevention, and quality patient care standards. I am experienced in preparing students for university examinations, practical assessments, and professional readiness. My goal is to create a supportive and engaging learning environment that builds competence, confidence, and professionalism in future nurses.
