I am a Psychologist specialising in both Child Psychology and Counselling, with five years of hands-on experience supporting individuals across different age groups. I have extensive expertise in working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum, and a deep understanding of their unique developmental, social, and emotional needs. Using evidence-based interventions, I support children in improving their communication, social interaction, and behavioural skills while collaborating closely with families and multidisciplinary teams to create an inclusive and nurturing environment.

Alongside my child-focused work, I also practice as a Counselling Psychologist dedicated to enhancing emotional well-being, resilience, and personal growth in adolescents and adults. I support clients dealing with anxiety, depression, stress, emotional regulation, self-esteem challenges, personal development, and workplace-related concerns.

My therapeutic approach is integrative and evidence-based, incorporating Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based strategies, Solution-Focused techniques, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). I strive to provide personalized interventions that empower individuals to manage difficulties effectively, strengthen coping strategies, and achieve sustainable mental and emotional well-being.
