Albin Babu

I am Albin Babu, a swimming coach with 5 years of experience in training students across different age groups and skill levels. My focus is on helping learners develop confidence in water, build strong swimming fundamentals, and progressively improve their speed, endurance, and overall performance.

I hold a Sports degree, which has provided me with a strong understanding of physical training principles, athlete development, and sports conditioning. This academic foundation supports my coaching approach, allowing me to design structured and effective swimming training programs for learners at different levels.

Over the past 5 years, I have worked with beginners as well as intermediate swimmers. One of my key strengths is helping beginners overcome their fear of water and gradually introducing them to essential swimming techniques in a safe and supportive environment. I ensure that each student builds confidence step by step.

My training experience includes teaching core swimming skills such as breathing techniques, floating, stroke development, and body coordination. I also focus on improving endurance and speed through structured drills and consistent practice sessions. My goal is to ensure that students develop both skill and stamina over time.

Safety, discipline, and correct technique are central to my coaching philosophy. I closely monitor each learner’s progress and ensure that all training activities are conducted in a controlled and safe environment. I believe that proper technique is the foundation of long-term success in swimming.

My teaching methodology is practical and step-by-step, beginning with warm-up exercises followed by structured swimming drills. Each session includes stroke correction, breathing practice, endurance training, and regular progress evaluation to track improvement.

I make classes engaging through personalized coaching, practical demonstrations, goal-based training, and fun swimming exercises. I also encourage students to track their progress regularly, which helps build motivation, confidence, and a strong sense of achievement in the water.
