As a trainer, you aren’t simply teaching clients how to exercise but you act as a life coach, helping clients set and achieve their personal goals and motivating them throughout their journey. It's a program specially made for clients who want to get maximum benefits of out my years of expertise even from a distance.

1. Fat Loss program
2. Muscle Gain program
A program is decided after a consultation call with a client keeping in mind their goals and what’s best for them.
Every single diet plan is customized according to an individual’s needs, their body, their goal, and their comfortably that means there is no common diet plan for clients be it Fat Loss or Muscle Gain.
