IdentityI am a certified professional personal fitness trainer having an experience of more than 5 years specialized in weight loss, weight gain, body building, functional training, agility and resistance training for athletes. I have trained over 50 clients and have an immense knowledge in essentials of exercise science. Since diet plays an important role in bodily changes, i also provide nutrition sessions to enhance the clients and reach their goals in the intended time.
I even train people who has put on lot of weight suddely due to diabetes, hypertension, thyroid and post pregnancy.
