Sivakumar A - Engineering Leader & AI Mentor | 19+ Yrs Exp | System Design, Agile & Generative AI (Bengaluru)

I am an Engineering Delivery and Program Leader with 19+ years of industry experience leading enterprise software, AI, and digital transformation programs. I hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and have managed 60+ engineers at companies like Capgemini, CA Technologies, and Landmark Group.

What I offer BTech students:

Software Engineering in Practice: How real teams plan, build, test, and release software—not just textbook theory.

Release Management & Delivery: Code-freeze reviews, Go/No-Go decisions, CI/CD quality gates, production readiness, and incident management.

System Design Basics: Microservices, REST APIs, distributed systems, and how large-scale platforms are architected.

AI for Engineers: Hands-on training in Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, OpenAI APIs, and MCP-based AI assistants.

Agile & Tools: Scrum, Jira, Azure DevOps, and how modern engineering teams actually work.

Career Mentorship: Resume building, interview preparation, and guidance on entering top product companies.

My teaching is practical, project-based, and focused on what the industry actually needs. I help students build a portfolio and mindset for real jobs—not just exam preparation.
