Swapna R.

I have been working as a primary school teacher for over 20 years, and teaching has been the constant thread running through my career since I started out in 2002 at Saraswati Shishu Vidya Mandir, Kesinga. Over the years, I have taught at CALEB Central School, Kesinga (2004–2007), Aum Valley School, Titilagarh (2007–2012), and Centurion Public School, Balangir (2012–2018), before returning to Aum Valley School, this time in Balangir, where I have been teaching since 2018. Alongside my classroom experience, I have worked to strengthen my qualifications along the way — I completed my Nursery Teachers Training in 2009, my B.A. in English Honors in 2014, and my D.El.Ed through the National Institute of Open Schooling in 2019. Each move and each new qualification have been part of building a steady, committed career in early and primary education, and I bring to every classroom the same honesty, positive attitude, and willingness to adapt that I started out with.
