I am an experienced educator with fifteen years of teaching under my belt. I hold a Master's in Arts (MA) and a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed). My journey as a teacher started with an inherent interest in the field, and it has been a fulfilling and enriching experience ever since. I had the privilege of working at AMITY International School for eight years, where I honed my skills and gained valuable insights into effective teaching practices. Later on, I moved to Vivekananda School in Chennai, further enriching my teaching experience.
I specialise in teaching Hindi and spoken English, aiming to empower students with language proficiency and effective communication skills. Additionally, I have a passion for art and craft, along with the art of Mehendi. Through my expertise in these creative pursuits, I guide and inspire my students to unleash their artistic potential—my classes, both online and offline, typically last for an hour. However, I extend the duration to an hour and a half for my Mehendi classes to ensure thorough learning and practice.
I meticulously prepare lesson plans to ensure that my lessons are well-structured and engaging. These plans outline the topics, activities, and learning objectives, enabling my students to have a smooth and comprehensive learning experience. Furthermore, I incorporate videos as my teaching resources to provide visual aids and enhance understanding. I also provide class notes to help students review and revise the concepts covered during our sessions. I primarily focus on fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment as an educator. I encourage open communication and active participation, as every student's voice deserves to be heard and valued.
