Ranisa

Hi, I’m Ranisa — an experienced educator and Senior Experimental Scientist at CSIRO, where I currently work on cutting-edge bushfire mitigation systems in collaboration with multiple jurisdictions and the Department of Education. With over 6–7 years of experience tutoring students across different levels, I bring a unique blend of technical expertise and curriculum-aligned teaching to every session.

I’ve worked with primary, secondary, and VCE students, supporting them in subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Programming, as well as mentoring university-level students in Computer Science and software development. My approach is rooted in clarity, patience, and adaptability — I make it a priority to understand each student’s learning style and tailor lessons accordingly, while ensuring alignment with the relevant curriculum (including the VCE study design and Australian Curriculum standards).

Whether I’m helping a Year 7 student build confidence in algebra, guiding a VCE student through exam prep in Chemistry, or mentoring a university student on web technologies, my goal remains the same: to simplify complex concepts and empower students to learn with confidence.
