I am a Nursing educator with 8 years of teaching experience in nursing education. I teach Nursing Training to students and focus on helping them develop strong theoretical knowledge, practical understanding, and confidence in applying nursing concepts. My teaching is designed to support students in their academic learning as well as their preparation for clinical practice.

I completed my Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Nursing from Sri Venkateshwara Institute of Medical Sciences in 2014, specialising in Medical-Surgical Nursing with Cardiovascular and Thoracic Nursing as my subspecialty. I am also a registered nursing professional with an APNMC (Andhra Pradesh Nursing and Midwifery Council) Registration Certificate, obtained in 2014. My academic and professional background provides me with a strong foundation in both nursing theory and clinical practice.

Over the past 8 years, I have been involved in nursing education and student development. I have guided nursing students in research projects and supported them in developing their academic and clinical skills. I have also been involved in conducting workshops and conferences, which has strengthened my ability to communicate complex nursing concepts clearly and engage students in meaningful learning experiences.

My teaching methodology is structured, student-centred, and practical-oriented. I prepare lesson plans according to the topic and the student's learning requirements and explain concepts in a systematic manner. I encourage students to participate actively, ask questions, discuss clinical situations, and clarify their doubts. My aim is to ensure that students understand the concepts thoroughly rather than simply memorising information.

I place particular importance on connecting theoretical nursing concepts with real clinical situations. Clinical examples help students understand how the knowledge they learn can be applied while caring for patients and making appropriate nursing decisions. Wherever relevant, I use practical scenarios and case-based discussions to help students develop clinical reasoning and a better understanding of nursing practice.

I conduct my classes online and use PPT presentations and a digital whiteboard to make lessons organised, visual, and interactive. I combine structured explanations with discussions, practical examples, questions, and doubt-clearing sessions. I also adapt my teaching according to the student's existing knowledge and academic requirements, providing additional explanation and guidance wherever necessary.

My goal as a Nursing educator is to help students develop strong subject knowledge, clinical understanding, and confidence in their abilities. With my background in Medical-Surgical Nursing, Cardiovascular and Thoracic Nursing, clinical experience, research guidance, and 8 years of teaching experience, I strive to create effective learning sessions that prepare students not only for examinations but also for the responsibilities and challenges of professional nursing practice.
