I am a Special Educator with 3 years of experience supporting children with different learning, developmental, communication, and behavioural needs. I provide specialized education and personalized support for children with Speech Impairment, ADHD, Autism, Behavioral Disabilities, Learning Disabilities, and Intellectual Disabilities. My approach is centered around understanding each child's individual strengths, challenges, learning pace, and requirements so that the sessions can be planned in a meaningful and supportive way.

I have completed my B.Ed. in Learning Disability (LD) and D.Ed. in Intellectual Disability (ID). These qualifications have provided me with specialized knowledge and professional training in the areas of special education, learning disabilities, intellectual disabilities, and child development. My academic background helps me understand the different ways in which children learn and allows me to design teaching strategies that are appropriate for their individual abilities and educational needs.

Over the past 3 years, I have worked with children with varied learning and developmental requirements. My experience has taught me that every child needs an individualized approach, and a teaching method that works for one student may not necessarily work for another. I therefore spend time understanding the child's current abilities and areas that require support before planning activities and lessons. My goal is to create a comfortable environment where children can learn without unnecessary pressure.

My teaching methodology is structured, individualized, and activity-based. I prepare lesson plans according to the child's learning needs and use interactive and practical activities to make sessions engaging. I use PPTs and a digital whiteboard wherever they are suitable for the student's learning requirements. I also incorporate repetition, demonstrations, guided practice, and practical exercises to help children understand and retain concepts more effectively.

Along with academic development, I focus on supporting communication, behavioural, and daily living skills wherever required. For children with Speech Impairment, ADHD, Autism, Learning Disabilities, or Behavioral Disabilities, I adapt activities and instructions according to their individual needs. I use simple and clear communication, structured activities, and positive reinforcement to encourage participation and help children gradually develop greater confidence and independence.

I believe that progress in special education should be consistent and individualized rather than based on comparison with other students. I observe the child's responses during sessions and adjust the pace, activities, and level of support accordingly. Regular practice and reinforcement are important parts of my approach, and I work patiently with children to help them develop skills step by step. I also focus on creating a positive learning experience where students feel comfortable participating and expressing themselves.

I offer sessions both online and offline, including at my home and at the student's home, depending on the family's requirements. I personalize each session according to the child's abilities, goals, learning needs, and preferred learning methods. My aim is to provide patient, structured, and compassionate educational support that helps children make meaningful progress in their academic, communication, behavioural, and daily living skills while becoming more confident and independent learners.
