How does Manglik dosha affect Marriage and why is it important?

When Mars is in 2,4,8 house, it is like a fire. It burns the happiness of the couple. This is when Manglik dosha is deadly and must be remediated. In 7th house, Mars causes separation/ divorce. 6,12 house Mars is not that deadly, but it is still considered Manglik dosh.
