Two subjects are defferent. One is physically better and another is mentally better. Both are better for human. Creativity, art work, sports are need to all people.

Two things are completely different. But sports is better to increase physical strength and agility. While arts and crafts lets one explore their creativity. Both activities release endorphins in brain and makes one feel good
