Al-Ma'arri (973-1057): Known for his philosophical and ethical poetry, his notable work is the "Luzumiyat," a collection of his aphoristic poems. Ibn Arabi (1165-1240): A mystic poet, he wrote intricate poetry exploring themes of love and divine unity. His famous work is the "Tarjuman al-Ashwaq."
