IdentityI am a fitness coach certified from American council on excercises .I am also a graduate in pharmacy, I have been training clients for more than three years. Using my academic knowledge and professional experience I train people with different needs which includes weight loss,strength training,sports training,injury rehab etc. My way of training involves all the aspects of fitness like cardio vascular endurance,strength,power,flexibility,balance..etc. I keep datas of every session so that client can self analyse their improvements to gain confidence and to get good knowledge about what they do and how they do.this excercise literacy can definitely help them in their life long.
